A) Product Description
TL 878 is a water based Acrylic Pressure Sensitive adhesive generally used for double sided tapes or for paper tapes.
B) Product Characteristics:
• Non-toxic, environment friendly
•Single component,easy for handle.
• Strong peel strength and good transparency
•Good adhesion and leveling.
•Widely used to making double sided tapes.
C) Product Technical Properties: Appreance: milky white liquid
Solid content:59±1%
PH value；6.0-8.0
Rotational viscosity:300-750mpa.s（2#，60 rpm)
Initial tack： ≥20# ball
Holding Viscosity:＞15 h
Peeling strength(180°）:≥13.5N
D )Package and Storage：
Standard safety package in 200kgs or 1000kgs barrel.
Store in dry &ventilated area at 5-35℃ ,avoid direct sunshine and frozen. Shelf life；6 months from manufacturing date.
E)Precautions for use:
a. Values shown in item C are for your reference only
b. In order to achieve expected results sample tests and trial productions Are necessary before mass production especially for new application.
c. In case of package open please try to use it up a.s.a.p.
d. Crosslinker is not necessary to add into our product as it is single
component product and if need to add water please use deionized water. e.Do avoid contact eyes and skin when handling.
